1. Shipping Locations:
We offer shipping across India and, upon
request, to international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery
times may vary depending on your location. Additional customs
duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the
buyer.
2. Order Processing Time:
After placing your order and confirming
payment, we typically require 2 business days to process and
prepare your poster for shipping. Processing times may vary
based on the design complexity and current order volume.
3. Shipping Methods:
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to
ensure reliable and timely delivery. During checkout, you can
select from available shipping methods to best suit your needs.
4. Shipping Time:
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
Standard Shipping (India):
8 to 10 business days
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a
shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor
your delivery’s progress online.
6. Shipping Delays:
We strive to deliver orders within the estimated
timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen
circumstances like extreme weather or postal service disruptions.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address:
Ensure you provide an
accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for
delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete
addresses provided by the buyer.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives
damaged, contact our customer support team immediately. We
will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a
satisfactory outcome.
9. Free Express Shipping:
Available for "Prepaid" orders with a
transit time of 3-4 days.
10. Standard Shipping:
Applies to "COD" orders with a transit time of
7-8 days.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Order Cancellation:
Contact our customer support team as soon
as possible to cancel your order. Once the production process
has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Search
1 Customized Orders:
Cancellation requests for customized
products can only be accepted within 3 hours from purchase.
After this period, production may have started, making
cancellation unlikely.
3. Non-Customized Orders:
You may request cancellation before
shipment. After shipment, our return policy applies.
